  • Return/Exchange Policy

CandaceCort.com no longer accepts returns on merchandise purchased online, unless the item is defected or otherwise unwearable due to damage.  We pride ourselves on quality and will always give you the best product. Please note all items are made to order. Contact us via email at info@CandaceCort.com if you have any questions regarding our merchandise prior to purchasing (i.e. fit, color, fabric) and we will be happy to assist.  

  • In some cases, we do offer exchanges of similar products as long as the exchanged item is in-stock.  Please see our Exchange Policy rules below:

    • Contact info@CandaceCort.com to request an exchange for a replacement or an online store credit.
    • Once you have received authorization and shipping instructions, send your original packing slip along with all items including any attachments, adornments, trim, belts, etc.
    • All exchange requests must be received within 5 days of delivery.
    • Please note that all sale and special order merchandise is final sale and non-exchangeable.  Special order merchandise includes any item that has been altered from its original design.
    • Unworn, undamaged merchandise must arrive at the address provided within 7 days from the date of the exchange approval.
    • To ensure that your exchange is satisfactorily protected in transit, we recommend you send your items to us in the original packaging provided and use a carrier with whom you can track your goods to ensure they are received.
    • Customer shall be responsible for the costs of return shipping.
    • Once we receive the goods, in their original condition, we will ship your replacement or issue store credit.

Due to the select, custom nature of our merchandise, CandaceCort.com regrets that we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges. Please contact info@CandaceCort.com for exchange assistance to ensure that we have additional sizes/colors available should you need to exchange a similarly styled garment.

  • Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are not available at CandaceCort.com.

  • Damaged Items & Warranty

If your item/s arrives damaged, please email us info@CandaceCort.com immediately and our customer care team will help you receive a replacement item or credit. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will replace it or refund you.  Email us with details and pictures, if possible.

  • Payment Options

CandaceCort.com accepts U.S issued Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We also accept Paypal.

  • Charges & Credit Holds

Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed.

  • Shipping methods and costs

We ship Tuesday - Friday to 48 US States via UPS or USPS.  We do offer overnight shipping on some items for an additional fee.  Please inquire within if you need expedited shipping.

  • Processing Times

Once an order has been placed, please allow 2 business days for it to be created.  Our team performs a triple inspection process before packaging your item/s.

The time in which your order is processed depends on the day and time you place your order and whether or not it is in-stock.  Orders received after 3 pm EST are usually processed 2-3 days later.

Standard Ground Orders ship within 24 hours from the time items are completed pending availability and credit card verification. 

Please note that because items are Made To Order, items may require additional time for production.
 

  • Canceling or Changing An Order

Please contact Customer Service by email at info@CandaceCort.com to inquire about modifying or canceling an existing order.

  • Tracking Your Order

You can track your order in two ways: 

1. Check your email. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is being prepared for shipping, followed by a shipping update with your tracking number when your package has been shipped.
2. If you have a registered account on CandaceCort.com you can check the status of your order here at any time.

CANDACE CORT is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. CANDACE CORT does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
